Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

By accessing, purchasing, or participating in any program, service, or content provided by A Healthy You Online, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Services Provided
A Healthy You Online offers self-guided digital memberships for at-home fitness training, general nutrition and meal planning, and access to both programs through Complete Wellness.

Depending on the membership, resources may include:

  • Structured workout plans and exercise-demonstration videos
  • A rotating meal framework, food swaps and general nutrition education
  • Program resources and monthly updates through a private member dashboard

The standard memberships do not include one-to-one coaching, individually prescribed training or meal plans, in-person services or medical treatment.

2. Not Medical Advice
All content provided by A Healthy You Online is for general educational and informational purposes only.

The programs, exercises, and meal plans are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult with a qualified medical or healthcare professional before starting any fitness or nutrition program, particularly if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, are pregnant, or have dietary restrictions.

3. Client Responsibility & Assumption of Risk
By participating in any A Healthy You Online program, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are responsible for ensuring you are physically capable of participating in the exercises provided

  • You will exercise within your own limits and capabilities
  • You will stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort
  • Participation in fitness activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury
  • You voluntarily assume full responsibility for your health, safety, and well-being

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Healthy You is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the programs.

4. Self-Guided Programs
The fitness and nutrition resources are general program materials, not plans individually designed from a member’s questionnaire or onboarding responses. Members can choose how to use the available resources around their circumstances.

Information supplied during onboarding does not turn a standard membership into personalised training, dietary or medical advice.

Members with individual health, injury or dietary needs should seek guidance from an appropriately qualified professional.

5. Nutrition Disclaimer
Meal plans and nutritional guidance are provided as general guidance only and are not prescribed diets.

Individual results may vary. Clients with allergies, intolerances, medical conditions, or specific dietary requirements must disclose this information prior to program commencement. A Healthy You does not guarantee specific results.

6. Subscriptions & Payments
Programs are offered on a subscription basis, beginning with an initial 4-week program. Continued access beyond the initial period is available for an additional recurring fee.

  • All payments must be made in advance
  • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers, including Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
  • By purchasing a subscription, you authorise recurring charges to your nominated payment method until cancellation
  • Subscription fees are charged automatically at the start of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date

Prices may change from time to time. Any price changes will be communicated via email or website notice before taking effect.

7. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the services provided, refunds are generally not offered once program materials have been delivered.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time prior to the next billing cycle through the payment platform used at purchase or by contacting A Healthy You in writing. Access will remain active until the end of the current paid period.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where services fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy as required by law.

While A Healthy You Online aims to provide uninterrupted access to digital content, we do not guarantee continuous availability.

We are not responsible for interruptions, delays, or technical issues caused by third-party platforms, internet providers, system outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
