A Healthy You Online Terms, Privacy & Company Policies
Terms and Conditions
These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between you and A Healthy You Online when accessing and using our programs and services.
By purchasing or participating in any program or content provided by A Healthy You Online, you agree to abide by these terms, including payment terms, usage guidelines, and program access conditions.
Please review the full Terms & Conditions document below before proceeding with any program.
1. Services Provided
A Healthy You Online offers self-guided digital memberships for at-home fitness training, general nutrition and meal planning, and access to both programs through Complete Wellness. Depending on the membership, resources may include:
- Structured workout plans and exercise-demonstration videos
- A rotating meal framework, food swaps and general nutrition education
- Program resources and monthly updates through a private member dashboard
The standard memberships do not include one-to-one coaching, individually prescribed training or meal plans, in-person services or medical treatment.
2. Not Medical Advice
A Healthy You Online’s fitness, nutrition and wellness resources provide general educational information. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and do not replace guidance tailored to you by an appropriately qualified professional.
If a medical condition, injury, pregnancy-related concern or other health issue may affect your exercise or food choices, seek qualified advice before starting or adapting a program.
3. Client Responsibility & Assumption of Risk
By participating in any A Healthy You Online program, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are responsible for ensuring you are physically capable of participating in the exercises provided
- You will exercise within your own limits and capabilities
- You will stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort
- Participation in fitness activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury
- You voluntarily assume full responsibility for your health, safety, and well-being
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Healthy You Online is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the programs.
4. Self-Guided Programs
The fitness and nutrition resources are general program materials, not plans individually designed from a member’s questionnaire or onboarding responses. Members can choose how to use the available resources around their circumstances.
Information supplied during onboarding does not turn a standard membership into personalised training, dietary or medical advice. Members with individual health, injury or dietary needs should seek guidance from an appropriately qualified professional.
5. Nutrition Disclaimer
The rotating meal framework, meal examples and food swaps offer general guidance. They are not a prescribed diet or an individually tailored meal plan.
Members should check ingredients and alternatives against their own allergies, intolerances and dietary needs. If you need an individually tailored approach, seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional. A Healthy You Online does not guarantee a particular outcome.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
The Fitness Training Program, Nutrition & Meal Program and Complete Wellness Membership are offered as recurring monthly subscriptions. The applicable monthly price is shown on each program’s Join page and at checkout. There is no separate initial four-week charge.
- Subscription fees are payable in advance for each monthly billing period.
- Payments are processed through Stripe using the payment methods displayed at checkout.
- By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly charges to your selected payment method until the subscription is cancelled.
- The subscription renews at the beginning of each billing period unless it is cancelled before the next renewal date.
Prices may change from time to time. Any price changes will be communicated via email or website notice before taking effect.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
To cancel future monthly renewals, contact A Healthy You Online in writing before your next billing date. We will process your request and confirm when the subscription has been cancelled.
Cancelling future renewals does not automatically refund a payment already processed. Refund requests are considered in accordance with the applicable policy and Australian Consumer Law, including any consumer-guarantee rights.
Your entitlement to use member resources continues until the end of your current paid billing period and ends after that period.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where services fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy as required by law.
8. Access & Availability
A Healthy You Online aims to make member resources available during the paid membership period, but digital access may occasionally be interrupted by platform issues, maintenance or internet connectivity. Continuous, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
If you cannot access resources included in your membership, please contact us so we can investigate and take reasonable steps to address the issue. Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
9. Intellectual Property
Program materials, including videos, workout plans, meal resources, text and images—may contain intellectual property belonging to A Healthy You Online or third-party rights holders. Purchasing a membership does not transfer ownership of those materials.
Members may use the resources for their own personal purposes during their paid membership period. They must not share dashboard credentials or lesson links, make member content publicly available, sell it or redistribute it without permission from the relevant rights holder, except where use is permitted by law.
10. Privacy
The Privacy Policy below explains how A Healthy You Online collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information connected with the website and memberships. Please review it before providing information during purchase or onboarding.
11. Limitation of Liability
A Healthy You Online is responsible for providing its services in accordance with applicable law. Members are responsible for choosing how to use general program resources and for exercising within their own capabilities.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a concern arises about a service or program access, please contact us so we can review the circumstances and respond appropriately.
12. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase, hold or use an A Healthy You Online membership. The current programs are intended for adults and are not designed as children’s training or nutrition services.
13. Changes to These Terms
A Healthy You Online may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on our website. If a change materially affects an existing membership, we will provide reasonable notice before it takes effect and explain when the change will apply. Members may contact us with questions or cancel before a future renewal, subject to their rights under applicable law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and any courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
Nothing in this section excludes any consumer protection, right or remedy that applies under Australian law or another law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be removed or limited only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

No method of electronic storage or online transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If we become aware of a data breach, we will assess and respond to it in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
We retain personal information only for as long as it is reasonably required for the purposes for which it was collected, legitimate business and record-keeping needs, or legal obligations. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it, subject to any lawful or technical retention requirements.

7. Consent and Withdrawal
Where consent is required, A Healthy You Online will seek it at or before the time the relevant personal information is collected. Additional consent may be requested when sensitive information, including health information, is provided through an onboarding form.
You may withdraw consent for future use or disclosure of information where our handling of that information is based on your consent. A request can be made using the contact details in section 11. Withdrawal does not affect information already handled lawfully and may limit our ability to provide a service or feature that reasonably requires that information.
You may also unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe option provided or by contacting us. Service-related communications concerning an active membership may still be sent where reasonably necessary.
8. Cookies and Website Analytics
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to support website functionality, maintain security, remember preferences and understand how visitors use the website. These technologies may collect limited technical information, such as an IP address, browser or device type, pages visited and general website activity.
Some cookies or analytics technologies may be provided by third-party service providers. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings, although doing so may affect the operation of certain website features. Where consent is legally required for particular cookies or technologies, we will request it through an appropriate notice or consent tool.
